The Belvedere Productions is a Faith Based independent film producing company. There are not a lot of faith based productions that cater entertainment to both believers and non-believers. Currently we have three projects on the board. The first one is a faith-based thriller with the original story by Armando Horsey, but redrafted by Jeff Rosenberg. This short film will be showcased in film festivals in DC, Toronto, LA, and Goa. We have two of the three leads cast, and have a local award-winning director that is ready to take us to the screen.
The story is about two male friends rekindling their relationship after several years had passed. One became a man of the cloth, but used to live vicariously through the other. Both of their lives changed when that met the same female at different times, but now their lives are conflicted. This story is meant to raise consciousness about where are limits are as individuals and how our relationship with God will dictate how we expect to respond to a major situation. The short film is a low-budget (under $50,000), but we are hoping to get an post-production opportunity to develop the story into a feature length through one of the larger film production organizations that can me it reach millions of viewers.

More faith-based films have crossed into mainstream media over the past few years, and we would like to take it a step further with a "faith-based thriller". With your funding, the team we have put together will provide a high-quality short film that is sure to get picked up as a feature. We intend to enter this film in film festivals in Baltimore, LA, Toronto, and Goa. Please help us reach out to folks that would not usually go out of their way to see or participate in anything faith-based while still providing entertainment that will keep them on the edge of their seats.
